-->Experienced in working in a Tier III – Gold Data Center, ensuring the seamless operation of critical infrastructure. -->Excellent understanding of the electrical and mechanical systems used in a data center environment including but not limited to Transformer, Generator, Switchgear, UPS System, ATS/STS unit, PDUs, Chillers, AHU, and CRAH/CRAC units. -->Experienced in management of vendors/contractors performing maintenance and upgrading works in large scale critical environment. -->Understanding of the infrastructure design and sequence of operations, including familiarity with managing operational risks. -->Responsible for developing SOPs and EOPs for major and minor maintenance. -->Responsible for developing Method Operating Procedure (MOP) for minor maintenance activities. -->Responsible for Oversees installation, inspections, repairs, routine maintenance and troubleshooting of building systems including mechanical, electrical, Fire Suppression System, plumbing, and waste management. -->Responsible for maintaining reference Library and Documentation. -->Exhibits a strong sense of ownership in addressing customer technical issues, readily collaborating with cross-functional support teams when needed for swift resolution. -->Responsible for executing any required change to the facility (set point, redundancy rotation, labeling….). -->Managed timely delivery of engineering reports, ensuring strict compliance with contracted SLA's and KPI's. -->Able to maintain composure during fire alarms.
