Santa Ana, California, United States
Hello! I am a fourth-year student currently studying French Language and Literature and Economics with a minor in International Studies at the University of California, Irvine. I’ve also studied abroad at SciencesPo Paris for the 2022 Fall Semester, taking classes related to French Studies, Political Science, and International Economics. In addition, I was inducted as a member of Phi Beta Kappa during my third year at UCI, PBK's Mu Chapter. I will also graduate with a Master’s Degree in Philosophy, Political Science, and Economics from UCI in 2025. I plan to use my academic background to pursue a career in international business, data/policy/financial analysis, economics, and other related fields. Outside of my academic career, I am very involved in my Vietnamese community in Southern California, more specifically in Little Saigon, Westminster. I am currently the External Vice President of the Union of Vietnamese Student Associations in Southern California, where I act as a liaison between the organization and the broader community to create future Vietnamese-American leaders. More recently, I’ve had the pleasure of working with SAP-VN, a non-profit humanitarian organization that aims to improve the lives of the underprivileged in Vietnam. I’ve also been working on the Rose Bridge project which aims to destigmatize the issue of mental health in my community. I am currently seeking a part-time internship or job to exercise my interdisciplinary background and to further develop my skills in data analysis, quantitative reasoning, and leadership. These experiences will help me transition into a career that combines my passions for international economics, community engagement, and social impact.
