In my role at CD Leganés, I work closely with players on a one-to-one basis, focusing on their individual growth both on and off the field. My responsibilities include: • Tactical Awareness: I use detailed video analysis to help players better understand the game, improve decision-making, and develop a deeper sense of positioning and timing. • Technical Skills: I design and deliver customized training sessions to target specific technical aspects of each player’s game, ensuring consistent progression based on their unique needs. • Mental Performance & Mentorship: Beyond the physical and tactical, I support players in building strong mental habits — helping them stay focused, resilient, and driven to reach their full potential. My goal is to empower each player to reach their maximum potential and take ownership of their development journey.
> Academy Head Coach for youth teams > Responsible for teaching players the fundamentals of football, understanding the game to play as a team, concentrating on 4 different aspects; Technical/Tactical aspect, Physical aspect, Social aspect, & Psychological aspect. > Lead the team through out a whole season participating in local league and tournaments
> Participating in Heavy and Light checks for different types of Aircrafts (Airbus A320, A330, A340, & A380, Boeing B777 & B787) > Performs different types of Avionics Maintenance activities including Minor tasks, Critical Tasks, & Avionics Modification tasks
