• Manage E-Commerce sales for Glenmark Consumer Care Division (FMCG). Own long-term and short-term strategy and objectives of the E-commerce business. • Manage business with E-Commerce partners - Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, Big Basket, Grofers, Paytm, 1MG, Netmeds, Pharmeasy & Medlife • Preparation of annual business plan for the entire range of the product category as per the strategic direction of the management. • Identify & quantify sources of growth in the online channels and develop new business strategies, tactical plans, and detailed business cases. • Implement and manage marketing campaigns that promote the company and its brands in the ecommerce space. • Monitor and proactively analyze the progress of implemented digital marketing strategies, customer engagement activities, and campaign performance (Impressions, CTR, CV) to determine whether set strategies are efficient for achieving the required targets of online traffic. • Managing Amazon advertising tools (CPC/CPM). • Manage all product content, including descriptions, A+ Content, Infographics, Brand stores & merchandising on the sites. • Required to provide inputs to Marketing Function for channel schemes and channel promos.
