I build frameworks, systems, companies, ideas, programs, and communities that help people stay human while the ground moves beneath them. For more than three decades, I have worked at the intersection of business, technology, and humanity. Whether enabling Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, entrepreneurs, or boards, my focus has remained constant: aligning purpose, people, process, and technology to create lasting value.Today, that work lives across three interconnected platforms. At SHADOKA, I help enterprises move faster without losing themselves—through frameworks, research, custom programs, and 90-Day Jump-Start programs. The work has run from Chase, Mastercard, GE, PepsiCo, and Northrop Grumman to the U.S. Department of Defense, NSA, and Homeland Security. The results are concrete: hundreds of millions in operational value, and transformation programs embedded in some of the world's most mission-critical institutions. At NextChapter, I am building something different—a platform where leadership development, AI transformation, and human potential meet. Programs like Architecting Enterprise Value and The Human Edge give leaders practical frameworks for navigating disruption and strengthening what technology cannot replace. As an Executive Fellow and North American Custom Program Co-Director at IMD Business School, I work with CEOs, boards, and senior teams on strategy, innovation, governance, and human-centered AI. My OPEN and CARE frameworks have been featured in Harvard Business Review and MIT Sloan Management Review, and I judge the MIT IDEAS Social Innovation Challenge. I am the author of twelve books, including three Wall Street Journal bestsellers. "REINVENT" and "LIFT" reached #1, and "Everything Connects" reached #2. "TRANSCEND: Unlocking Humanity in the Age of AI" and "Reimagining Government" became USA Today and Los Angeles Times bestsellers; TRANSCEND was a Financial Times Book of the Month and Next Big Idea Club must-read. My ideas also appear in Fast Company, I by IMD, Psychology Today, Fortune, Yahoo Finance, MSN, and other outlets. All book proceeds are pledged to cancer research. My journey began in Bangladesh. I arrived in America at seventeen with little more than ambition and curiosity, working overnight shifts as a janitor to pay my way through college. The blend of Eastern philosophy and American entrepreneurship has shaped everything I've done since.Technology should elevate humanity, not diminish it. That belief has driven everything I build for thirty years.
Lead. Innovate. Transform. Only 5% of companies extract real value from AI. The blocker isn't the technology. It's the strategic and human transformation needed to make the technology work. Shadoka delivers the expert-led programs, frameworks, and systems that bridge this gap. SHADOKA was built on a single conviction: that the organizations capable of sustaining transformation are not those with the best technology – they are those with the best leadership, the clearest governance, and the deepest human commitment to change. We have spent thirty years validating this idea, proving it at scale again and again across sectors and in conditions where failure was not an option. Our work spans Fortune 500 enterprises, government agencies in both the United States and Europe, and organizations navigating the most complex transformations in their history. We have delivered results where it mattered most – hundreds of millions in recurring savings at Fortune 100 enterprises, enterprise-wide transformation at the Department of Defense, and governance architecture that turns technology investments into measurable, sustained value creation. The ideas behind our success have been published in Fast Company, Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan Management Review, and Harvard Data Science Review, and have been developed in detail across eleven books, including multiple bestsellers and award winners. These frameworks, systems, and tools are embedded within every program we deliver.

NextChapter's research, frameworks, and systems emerge from three decades leading transformation at some of the world's largest organizations. The result is two self-paced programs: one to guide enterprises as they begin their Al transformation, one to help leaders navigate this new world without losing what makes them human. These solutions bring together research, best practices, and practical frameworks to create a repeatable management system for AI transformation, packaged in modular digital apps and delivered with AI assistance.
AI won't be what sets you apart — your competitors have the same models. What you build around them — the pipeline, the governance, the people — is where durable advantage lives. By pairing IMD’s global research depth with my decades of hands-on transformation experience across business and government, I help CEOs and boards build exactly that with our AI Innovation and Transformation custom programs.
