I built AI platforms and intelligent systems that move from research to real-world impact. I am an AI engineering leader, intrapreneur, and entrepreneur specialising in building production-grade artificial intelligence platforms that integrate Generative AI, computer vision, document intelligence, and scalable machine learning systems. Over the past decade, I have worked across enterprise, academia, and startups, leading the development of AI systems that combine OCR pipelines, large language models, machine learning architectures, and cloud infrastructure. My work has included building AI-powered document processing platforms, recommendation engines, anomaly detection systems, and computer vision models, as well as developing evaluation frameworks for generative AI systems. Beyond engineering, I have also been involved in building new ventures and driving innovation within organisations. As a startup co-founder, I have helped develop AI-driven products and digital platforms, while in enterprise environments I often work as an intrapreneur, leading the design and implementation of new AI capabilities and data-driven solutions within large organisations. I am also deeply committed to growing the AI ecosystem in the region. As part of Women in AI Malaysia, I contribute to building a vibrant AI community by connecting researchers, engineers, startups, and industry leaders across Asia Pacific. I regularly deliver talks, workshops, and training programmes on artificial intelligence and data science at universities, organisations, and technology forums. My contributions to the field have been recognised through the ASEAN Women in ICT Rising Star Award, and my work and advocacy in AI have been featured in BERNAMA, TV3, Astro AWANI, IKIM FM, Mediacorp, and DWTV. I am passionate about building responsible and scalable AI systems, helping organisations adopt AI effectively, and empowering the next generation of AI practitioners through mentorship, training, and knowledge sharing.
