About

As a leader in treasury and finance, I see my work as looking for improvements and working to inspire change to improve worker experiences and still add value throughout the organization. I am a change management professional with a focus on the development of treasury and finance. Most recently, I have worked with local governments to define and change operational liquidity, and to use excess cash flow to safely generate additional income. I elevated reporting and transparency of investments to be part of of bi-annual commission reporting and presentation package. Throughout the process, I worked to elevate and cross train all members of my staff. To add value to the general employee defined contribution program, procured a specialized management firm to review the line up of funds offered. This resulted in a reduction of funds offered, including the better performing funds with lower expense ratios, and ultimately increasing 401(a) participation.
