A Graduate Mechanical Engineer with more than 22 years of experience of which 19 years in Middle east in building services from the conceptual design to delivery in HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Firefighting, Irrigation, BMS etc. AREAS OF EXPERTISE •Review and approval of Mechanical shop drawings, technical submittals, technical queries & Method statements. •Carrying out inspection for materials and installation of mechanical services. •Leading a team of MEP inspectors. •Detailed design of HVAC system from concept stage till tender and construction issue. •Preparation of feasibility study, basis of design, heat load calculations, selection of systems and equipment’s, preparation of specifications and detail design layouts. •Design review of Plumbing, Drainage, Firefighting, swimming pool, LPG, BMS and Irrigation systems. •Good knowledge of international standards & codes like ASHRAE, SMACNA, DW, NFPA, BS and local authority requirements. •Familiar with software’s like HAP, AutoCAD & MS office. •HVAC heat load calculation and full detailed design from concept stage till tender and construction issue. •Overall project management, liaison with client, contractor. Attending progress meeting at site. •Experienced on High rise buildings, Hotel, Malls, University buildings, Govt. buildings, Airports, Data centers, Hospital, Villas. •MEP & Civil Engineering work co-ordination skills.
