I am post-doctoral research fellow at the mechanical engineering department at Northumbria University. I am active researcher in renewable energy technologies, such as wind energy, hybrid renewable energy systems, thermal storge and solar thermal technologies.
I am currently working as Senior Research Assistant in the department of mechanical and construction engineering at Northumbria University. My research efforts are currently in the thermal renewable energy technologies with emphasis on numerical modelling of Stirling machines.
My current research is entitled "Modelling of Machining of Composite Materials using Meshfree Methods" where I am developing a machining model using "Element Free Galerkin Method" to simulate cutting of orthotropic materials such as unidirectional polymer composites.
My job was to provide power solutions to customers based on Caterpillar power generation products, especially diesel generators. My duties included sizing and configuring generators, designing of related mechanical and electrical sub-systems, performance testing, installation auditing and commissioning supervision.
