I’ve spent 17 years in the games industry, building my career from entry-level roles in QA and Level Design through to senior Product, Production, and Director positions. Over the years, I’ve developed deep expertise in live operations, monetization, and product strategy—particularly within F2P mobile games. I’m currently back at PikPok, where I focus on Revenue and Growth, supporting product teams in designing, optimizing, and operating live games at scale. My role centers on helping teams translate strong design into sustainable performance through data-informed decision-making and effective execution. Previously, I led production at Abrakam, where I helped guide the studio through its transition from a single-project team to a multi-game operation. This involved establishing scalable production processes while also taking direct responsibility for the production of two titles. Earlier in my career, I worked at companies such as Gameloft and DeNA, where I honed my development and production skills on larger teams and well-known IPs—experiences that significantly shaped my approach to leadership and collaboration. For nearly a decade now, my career has been fully focused on Product and Production leadership. Having worked hands-on across many disciplines, I bring a practical, data based approach to managing teams and supporting them through the full lifecycle of game development and live operations.
