Handle rekrutmen end-to-end (Sourcing, Screenig, interview, dan hiring di system HRIS). Mengelola rekrutmen mass hiring (SPG/Sales) area Jabodetabek dan Banten. Melakukan koordinasi dengan User/Klien. Update kandidat melalui Gojobs (HRIS). Reporting rekrutmen mingguan.
PT. Putra Perkasa Genetika merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang peternakan unggas. Memenuhi/mencari kandidat sesuai dengan kualifikasi yang sudah ditentukan. Membuka lowongan di job portal dan media sosial. Melakukan secreening cv calon kandidat. Mengaplikasikan psikotes DISC, MBTI dan WPT kepada kandidat. Melakukan interview pada kandidat. Membuat laporan terkait MPP Perusahaan. Berkoordinasi pada setiap depertemen terkait kebutuhan karyawan.
-Loking For candidates for clients according to predetermined requirements. -To build good relationships with clients and employee candidates. -Design and create job vacancy designs. -Screening cv of prospective employee candidates.
-Responsible for preparing psychologycal test tools and preparing counseling. -Administration of psychologycal test tools and scooring of psychological test tools. -Carry out evaluations/assesment after taking the test.
-Become admin and customer service in e-commerce to provide innovative information to customers regarding the products being. -Process customer orders, print receipts and tracking packages sent. -Recapitulating outgoing goods and collecting data on goods sold by buyers.
