I help leaders turn AI from a buzzword into measurable business impact — and back early-stage AI founders building the infrastructure of the next decade. As founder of ai2c, I'm building a boutique advisory firm that designs and ships agentic AI products for C-suite teams in regulated, capital-intensive industries — telecom, energy & utilities, transport, financial services. We go beyond the strategy deck: AI strategy, operating model redesign, and hands-on execution until something is actually running in the business. In parallel, I'm an active angel investor in early-stage AI startups solving hard problems for real enterprise buyers. Before founding ai2c, I spent 20+ years at the intersection of strategy and operations: - Chief Strategy Officer, TIM Brasil — Reported to the CEO. Led corporate strategy for one of LatAm's largest telecom operators, and built the Data Governance and Customer Experience functions from the ground up. - Partner, McKinsey & Company — Led engagements for CEOs and boards across telecom, energy, and infrastructure: corporate strategy, M&A, large-scale operating model and digital transformations. Based in the Rio office. - Associate Partner, Oliver Wyman — Led strategy and operations engagements across LatAm in telecommunications and energy. Based in the São Paulo office. Italian by birth, Brazilian by choice. I operate across Brazil, Italy, and the broader EU/LatAm corridor, in four languages (Italian, Portuguese, English, Spanish). Based in Rio de Janeiro. Father of Mattia and Maria Beatrice. Always open to conversations with founders, fellow operators, and CEOs facing transformation challenges.
