I deliver technical training to customers across a broad range of industries, helping engineering teams build proficiency and confidence on AWS. My work focuses on enabling cloud adoption at scale through hands-on learning, clear architectural guidance, and deep technical engagement. Core responsibilities and contributions: Deliver instructor-led training on AWS services, architectures, best practices, and cloud fundamentals. Guide customers through hands-on labs, troubleshooting sessions, and design considerations. Translate complex cloud concepts into practical, actionable knowledge. Support teams in adopting secure, scalable, and well-architected solutions. Facilitate discussions on real-world challenges and help customers align training content with business needs. Contribute significantly to the development and enhancement of official AWS courses, incorporating Generative AI, ML, and emerging technologies to deliver relevant and up-to-date content. What I enjoy most about this role is the continuous learning loop: each session is an opportunity to both teach and learn, gaining insights from customers’ real-world challenges and applying them to future engagements.
