As performance and risk banking manager I assumed the responsibilities to assure organization's objectives in operational effectiveness and efficiency, reporting, and compliance with risk bank policies (credit risk policy, liquidity risk policy, operational risk, RAF, Icaap, Strategic Plan) and with performance management framework. So from one side I collaborate in carrying out the activities of direction, coordination and surveillance on the entire management of the Bank, taking into account the economic and competitive conditions present on the Bank's reference market. I contribute to the definition and implementation of the RAF and the related risk governance policies, which must ensure an adequate risk management process in the continuous. I monitor the evolution of risks over time, assessing their consistency with the technical and management conditions of the Bank and governing their overall exposure. I monitor the performance monitoring activities on individual credit exposures falling within its sphere of competence based on the limit set by the Board of Directors. From an other side I collaborate to the definition of budget and to the performance measurements control through gap analysis of balanche sheet result with budget. I have matured a multi-year experience in corporate consulting within a market-leading organization, Deloitte Consulting S.P.A, where I hold the position of Financial Services Industries Manager. Over the last few years have developed a wide range of competencies in Operations (models, structures and processes) and Corporate Performance Management functions, managing challenging projects for the Administration, Planning and Control departments of major banking and industrial groups. Have matured specific abilities in the adaptation of corporate processes to the recently introduced EU directives on markets and financial brokering (e.g. International Accounting Standards, pursuant to Law no.262/2005, concerning Savings protection and financial market discipline, “Markets in Financial Instruments Directive), implementation of new financial information systems and new management control models (budget, controlling). Such experiences enabled me to develop team work abilities, enhance a natural disposition for relations management, improve the organization of project activities and work by objectives.
