Selected among peers and senior colleagues to lead Security function in one of the 3 sub-regions in Europe. Accountable for security and resilience and related strategy in 13 Countries, six Factories and to protect around 6000+ staff, by leading six teams (Country and Clusters Security) of 18 colleagues and oversee performance of 300+ security contractors.
Progressed to support senior leadership in business continuity and crisis management for the largest bank in the Nordics, to achieve 100% compliance and operational resilience across the Group. Revitalised the business continuity and crisis management policies, and developed a crisis management training programme for top teams. Outlined ways to integrate and converge physical security and resilience as well as adopt an intelligence-led risk-based approach.
Appointed as strategic partner to senior executive management and working alongside senior-level stakeholders to formulate business strategies and decision-making proposal. Project manager lead for a organisational-wide project in the regulatory and risk model area, driving daily execution and supporting strategic objectives and delivery of the program management office. Responsible for monitoring and review of 3rd party providers budgeting and contracts.
Entered Naval Special Warfare Group in Italy as Platoon Team Leader, held several key leadership and operational position over the years, leading up to 100+ direct reports. Commanding Officer of a costal Naval Vessel carrying out maritime security and sea control operations. Promoted up to Naval Special Warfare Group COO, and focused on organisational leadership, resilience, performance and efficiencies.
