About

As someone who has transitioned from a military security background into the corporate world, I have honed my regional and global security and resilience leadership capabilities. I am trusted to drive forward strategic visions that protect people and assets while strengthening organisational resilience and I propel capabilities to an excellence level. I hold an MBA as well as many gold-standard certifications in Security (CPP, CSMP) and Resilience (CBCI). I combine all these with my extensive security and resilience acumen to champion the smooth integration of security into the business cycle, making it an enabler. Historically, security has been considered costly and outside of the typical corporate remit, but it is essential to maintain growth, expansion and attainment of strategic goals. Known as someone who makes things happen, I elevate standards across business continuity, crisis management, physical security, investigations, brand protection / intelligence and information / cyber security. I believe in the intelligent use of technology to assist in assessing the threat landscape, risk mitigation and efficiency realisation. Adaptable and internationally mobile, I thrive in fast-paced, challenging and ever-changing environments. I ensure organisational resilience, support sustainable growth, and enable companies to operate safely and securely.
