Long story short: I am highly motivated and objective driven person, with an international background. I have lived and worked in Italy, France, Spain and China, which has given me a multicultural approach. I consider myself as an open-minded professional, able to withstand pressure and divergences and with good problem-solving skills. Creative and innovative and at the same time pragmatic and planner. After graduating in 2018 from the SAA School of Management in Torino, Italy, I have joined SEAT S.A. where I have worked for three years, covering positions with growing responsibility in the Communications Department. In 2021 I have joined the communications department in Renault Group, before moving in 2023 to the Revenue & Customer Experience department of Ampere, the newly created branch of Renault Group, focusing on electric vehicles and software. Since January 2025, I am responsible for the Global EV Ecosystem Strategy in Ampere Revenue & Customer Experience team.
- Management of a team of 4 people. - Definition of Renault Group EV & Charging Experience strategy and end-to-end customer experience. - Ownership of IS/IT and engineering roadmap and coordination to deliver charging experience, products and services. - Lead of Renault Charge Pass product business.
- Develop the international strategy for the EV ecosystem: energy services, connected services, full life management. - Define the right energy ecosystem strategy per market, based on counties specificities, and market data and insights. - Structure business cases focussing on customer experience, revenues and costs (both fixed and variable) - Build strong and stable partnership between National Sales Companies, headquarters, and all stakeholders and business units.
- Executive Secretary to the Ampere Vice President Revenue Management & Customer Experience. - Support the setting up of a new team, governance, organisation. - Responsible for transversal projects, cross functions. - Responsible for team steering, organisation, and organisation of high level committees. - Revenues: EV market understanding, grade walk definition, volumes forecasting, pricing and positioning, full life management of the EV models. - Customer Experience: definition of the EV customer experience, including connected services, charging ecosystem and packaged offers.
- Executive Secretary to the Vice-President, Brands Communications. - Management of Renault Group CEO (Luca de Meo) social media channels: strategy definition, content curation, editorial calendar and and overall community management. - Management of the Renault Group CEO (Luca de Meo) digital presence and reputation, with a strong focus on Italy. - Support the creation of social media contents for other Renault Group Management Board spokespeople.
- In charge of the global e-influence and digital strategy for the Renault brand product communications. - Press officer for Renault Marketing and Renault Classic communications. - Management of the Renault Group CEO (Luca de Meo) social media channels: strategy definition, content curation, editorial calendar and and overall community management. - Support the creation of social media contents for other Renault Group Management Board spokespeople.
International Corporate Communications - Handle and foster the relationship with international corporate media. - Main link between the Communications department at SEAT S.A. headquarters and public relation colleagues in more than 25 markets. - Contribute with an international vision to the development of the overall communications strategy. - Coordinate China related communications: storyline, statements, internal and external alignment. - Definition and preparation of international interviews with the CEO, other Executive Committee members and official spokespeople. On and off events. - International press releases writing. - Support and lead markets related and specific events. - Alignment, clearing and validations of all corporate communications and related materials among all markets (press releases, statements, presentations). - Definition and analysis of KPIs, following up the achievements in the main markets in Europe and overseas. Digital Communications - Management of the CEO social media channel: strategy, editorial calendar, validation of all contents, overall community management, weekly reporting. - Digital agency coordination. - Support the creation of social media contents for other Executive Committee, spokespeople and official channels LinkedIn accounts. - Alignment and coordination with the Volkswagen Group CEO Communications department. - Strategic coordination of social media publications with SEAT and CUPRA Marketing departments. - Creation of MoJo (mobile journalism) material for social media. Other relevant projects - Volkswagen Group ComCon 2020 preparation and participation as host. - SEAT S.A. Executive Committee 2020 official picture coordination. - Communications responsible for the SEAT brand relaunch in Perù. - Budget coordination for the Corporate Communications Department
- On site Corporate and Product communications support from SEAT S.A. Headquarters. - Support the definition of a communications plan for the launch of a new brand and product for the Chinese market. - Main contact between the joint venture partners and SEAT S.A. headquarters. - Support to the pitch and definition of the local Corporate and Events agency. - Elaboration of regular weekly reports about the project for the SEAT S.A. Communications Director.
