Responsible for the technical management, supervision and control of industrial production processes. Planning and organising production schedules. Assessing project and resource requirements. Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary. Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment Supervising and managing the work of junior staff
Work as head of field service engineers and after sales departments in Turkey for company such Unitec, Raytec, CAMA, SPS Italiana Pack System, Robopack. Assist during on-site installation, validation and commissioning of machines. Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs. Provide high level technical support to external customers at their location. Provide on-site training to the customers. Interface with cross functional work teams such as field applications, customer support/services, product management, manufacturing and marketing/sales. Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database. Handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits. Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions.
Sell devices mainly in the petrochemical and chemical, industry, production processes, quality and process control, inventory control for the level of the tank farms and temperature measurement systems, corrosion and solar box, transportation system, vacuum systems, field safety for the explosive-toxic gas monitoring and alarm systems, sales, installation, training and commissioning services.
