I started as controller, then promoted as responsible of Administration, Finance and Control reporting directy to the Managing Director of the division. This role granted me the opportunity to make a wide experience on various topics: - to manage the business plan, budget and forecast processes, together with the relevant variance analysis - to manage the consolidated financial statement process - to define turnaround plans for specific division/companies - finance/treasury & cash management: relationships with banks and cash flow management in order to meet the Group goals - to manage the relationships with the private equity fund who is controlling the majority of the Group equity

The clients where different by sector and size, and this granted me the opportunity to keep in touch with different controlling and reporting procedures and tools. I developed useful skills like consistent organizational, coaching and supervision activities.
