I currently serve as VP, Global Head of Data & AI at Swarovski, where I lead the end-to-end Data & AI agenda—from strategy definition to execution—while driving the company’s Agentic AI transformation. My role is about making AI real at scale: embedding it into core business processes, translating it into tangible business value, and shaping the broader Digital Transformation strategy in close collaboration with executive leadership. Over the years, I have built and scaled data platforms and high-performing teams across global organizations, helping businesses unlock value through data, analytics, and AI. My work has focused on industrializing capabilities such as personalization, advanced analytics, and modern data architectures, including Data Lakehouse platforms and Customer Data Platforms. What I bring is a combination of technical depth and business leadership, shaped by experience across both consulting and industry. I enjoy building teams, shaping strategies, and, most importantly, making things happen—turning complex ideas into concrete, scalable solutions with real impact.
