I am currently involved in the development of neutronic calculations for the preliminary design of the MSFR within the EVOL project.
Neutronic calculations group. The main accomplishment of my work was the design of a reactor kinetic code coupling steady-state neutron transport solvers (DRAGON, ERANOS) with a kinetic module, implementing the quasi-static algorithm (IQM, PCQM).
Design of a kinetic package for the coupling to the latest neutron transport solver developed within the framework of the ERANOS code system
Internship period at SCK-CEN in collaboration with the MYRRHA group. Neutronic calculations on spallation target for MYRRHA ADS using MCNPX code.
