Project Manager and Technical Leader for Simulation Projects for Simulation Departments of various companies based in Central Europe. - definition of project objectives including development, quality, cost, schedule. - managing project requirements from the customer, preparing project reviews, defining timing scenario to achieve milestones - support to HR department during recruitment session. - coordination of a team of engineers working on the development of software for the customer. - liaison with other suppliers part of the project.
Coordination of the team in charge of the development of the software for AW159 Aircrew Training Equipment program (2 Full Mission Simulators, 1 Flight Training Device, 1 Cockpit Procedural Trainer and a series of Desktop Trainers) fo UK MoD. - Leading of aircraft model development and validation. Performance and handling quality comparison and tuning with respect to live aircraft flight data. - Leading Avionics simulation development - Liaison with final customer (UK MoD) and partners in the projects (Indra and Pennant Plc) - definition of project objectives including development, quality, cost, schedule. - managing project requirements and change requests from the customer, preparing project reviews, defining timing scenario to achieve milestones - support to HR department during recruitment session.
