About

Sports Director | Co-Founder @ LIPHE Player Availability Strategy | Performance Operations Elite performance is rarely limited by talent. It is limited by an organization's ability to keep athletes available, aligned, and performing over time. This challenge inspired the creation of LIPHE (Longevity in Physical Exercise): a performance framework designed to help clubs, federations, and performance organizations improve athlete availability, reduce avoidable downtime, and sustain competitive performance. As Co-Founder of LIPHE, I contribute to the development of integrated systems that connect performance, medical, recovery, monitoring, and decision-making into one operating model. Because athlete availability is not the responsibility of a single department. It is the outcome of how the entire organization works together. Over the past 20+ years, I have worked across professional football, FIGC environments, rehabilitation, premium wellness, executive education, and multidisciplinary leadership, helping build high-performance environments where continuity, execution, and long-term performance matter. This experience led to one conviction: Availability is not a medical outcome. It is a system outcome. LIPHE promotes a systemic approach where people, processes, data, and decisions are aligned around a common objective: maximizing athlete availability and protecting performance continuity. Areas of Focus • Player Availability Strategy • Performance Operations • Department Integration • Return-to-Play Systems • Athlete Monitoring & Decision Support • Human Availability Systems LIPHE is built on a simple belief: Organizations do not sustain performance because they have more talent. They sustain performance because they build better systems. Talent creates potential. Availability creates continuity. Systems create sustained performance.
