As a Managing Recruitment Consultant and Business Partner. • I entered Hays in Feb 2018. They wanted to invest in this division and build a solid one since in the previous 3 years, unfortunately, there was a lot of turn-over. The company was investing in a contracting/consulting division in Italy. • I entered as a Recruiter, supporting the division Manager. • I was in charge of the entire recruitment process of the division. I managed to renew the recruitment process, organization and strategies to empower and improve our activities, and the candidate experience. • I got 3 promotion in one year and a half becoming Managing Recruitment Consultant and Business Partner (Recruitment Manager and Internal Manager of all HR aspect of the division). • With a team of 3 direct reports and 1 intern to manage, and responsible of the career development and satisfaction of more than 150 contractors. • At the beginning the division counted 2 people in staff (me and the manager) and less than 15 IT consultants when I started. I quit the company with 7 people in staff and more than 150 consultants, registering a significant growth that was the starting point of an health and durable division. • I was responsible as a manager of the development of the career of my team, development and talent management of our consultants, I was in charge for the recruitment process, and all the HR activity of the division. • I worked in direct contact with the manager to increase our division, we obtained the approbation for an expansion plan to double the team and open a new branch. Significant achievements reached in improving the productivity level, net margins, PLs, and satisfaction of clients, candidates and team.
