Head of the global Finance Transformation program for Goodyear. Reporting to VP Finance and Corporate Controller, I lead the team responsible for design and deliver a common operating model for Global Finance aimed at standardizing and streamlining the organization, processes, data and systems. Project objective is to deliver best-in-class efficiency through improved service delivery, better controls, effective talent management, and enhanced reporting and analytics which support topline and bottom-line growth.
Head of Finance for the new Goodyear $550M Consumer tires plant in San Luis Potosí, Mexico, first new plant for Goodyear Americas in more than 25 years. Reporting to VP Finance, Global Operations, role has evolved within the project phases. From leading full business case preparation and submission to Board of Directors, up to more recently focused on start-up of operations, including negotiating bank loans, government incentives and implementing complex tax structure.
Head of Finance for Goodyear International Co Latin America Cluster (Caribbean, Central America, Paraguay, Uruguay, Bolivia, Ecuador, Argentina and Venezuela, ~$500M Revenue). Reporting directly to VP Finance, Latin America and operationally to Managing Director, Cluster. Responsible for financial strategy and management of the Cluster, including Controllership, Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury, Credit, Tax and strategic projects. Responsible for driving organization to sustainable improvements on earnings, cash flow and optimum cost.
