Responsible for: - Analyze the customer's technical specification to understand the project conditions; - Establish contact with the customer by technical questionnaire form or personally to clarify technical details; - Identify the client's needs to design a more profitable solution; - Work on umbilical cable improvements for a more profitable solution; - Propose and discuss the procedures to be taken in the project with the client; - Analyze the current and wave influence on the stability of the system over the seabed; - Elaborate in-line diagrams with the proposed scope of supply using CAD software; - Verify the product inspection plans; - Define parameters for assembly procedures of umbilical accessories; - For some clients, the project engineer leads the document flow from other areas. - Technical responsible for coordinating all operational activities of the subsea production control system including assembling, integration, transpooling, installation, and testing of subsea equipment and umbilical cables for Subsea Gas Development Project in South Belut Field - Indonesia and Project Kakap - Indonesia.
Techinical responsible for: • Customers' technical specification critical analysis and scope of work definition; • Setting work priorities and deadlines in agreement with other departments; • Umbilical cross-section design; • Technical proposals elaboration; • Providing management support to engineers and making key technical decisions within competence; • Ensure a high level of accuracy is present in all design and costing output; • Creation and compilation of the quotation costs in line with the technical offer and scope of work to a high level of accuracy in order to support the specific bid and to ensure maximum project profitability; • Design solutions that meet customer requirements, and relevant national and international standards; • Prepare accurate and economic costing of tenders with due regard to competitor positions and market trends; • Organize the workload of the tender team, within budget and on time for the necessary approvals to be obtained; • Preparation of internal tender authorization papers, presentations and documents; • Negotiation of terms and conditions of tenders with suppliers to achieve the best commercial position; • Assist in the improvement of working practices of the department; • Collate cost estimation and benchmarking data for use in estimating; • Provide business planning and reporting assistance to the Tendering Manager; • Detect and analyse critical items for a successful bid; • Maintain appropriate records, data and cost estimation information during the tender process to ensure a proper and efficient handover to project teams.
Product Developer Specialist responsible for: - Design products, equipments and subsea structures (Pull-in Heads, Bend Stiffener, Armor Pot, Anchoring Collars, Splice Box, Bend Restrictors and other subsea equipments for Oil & Gas industry, as per ISO 13628-5, API 17J and 17E) for platform interface; - Elaborate projects and technical drawings using 2D and 3D softwares; - Assembly procedures elaboration and responsible for training onshore and offshore teams; - Development of new products/concepts participating on qualification tests, elaboration of technical specifications and patents registring;
