Fabiano Petricone is an academic teacher, consultant, trainer, essayist, graduated in Literature, specialized in Institutional Communication, PhD in Communication Sciences. He is a full professor in Communication sciences and techniques at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna and a member of the Doctoral College of the Conservatory of Santa Cecilia in Rome and the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna. He is currently PhD Programs Department Coordinator. He is an expert in creativity applied to the sectors of human resources, organizational development, research and innovation, team building and organizational communication for large companies and multinationals, he deals with scribing and Instructional Design. He has held conferences in the United Kingdom, Belgium, Turkey, Tunisia. Research interests His main research interests are focused on creative processes in operative environments, exploring in particular the web based methodologies of design, virtual team management, training and education (creative virtual team management, distance education; edutainment), HR management. In the last years he has carried out research activities in collaboration with the FIT Fashion Institute of Technology - State University of New York (USA), Leeds Arts University, Creative Advertising course (UK), Bahçeşehir University, Department of Communication Design, Istanbul (TR), Eastern Mediterranean University, Department of New Media and Journalism, (North Cyprus). Courses taught Strategic advertising, Fashion advertising, Graphic design, Design methodology, Brand Design. Publications Some of his contributions have analyzed communication and mass media and delved into the historical analysis of the pop music phenomena in the twentieth century (see: Rizzoli, 2006; Donzelli, 2013; Clichy 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017).
