Responsible for planning and managing the entire IT environment. Managing directly 5 people and over 60 indirectly, reporting to the CEO, managing a budget of around R $ 20MM, guaranteeing deliveries in accordance with the indicators adjusted with the several company needs. • Lead the development of all basic infrastructure to enable the digital transformation of the company, in a safe and modern way of any interbank transactional core. This work allowed several gains to the company, among them: 1) A significant reduction of go to production a new customer 2) Possibility of standardization of our products, keeping the flexibility and gaining agility in sales and client activation process. 3) Delivery the scalability required for our strategic business model. • Design and implement the complete process structuring of the ICT areas, redefining its strategic function and integrating it with product and commercial strategy. • Responsible for the creation of the information security area that in two years developed an entire corporate security environment, enabling the Saque e Pague ATM network, to be the first ATM´s network in Latin America to receive the PCI-DSS. • Security Evangelist responsible for awareness and education in order to improve the culture and security posture within the company and externally; • Planned and executed the transformation of the software development area, applying Agile development methodology and business driven prioritization ensuring the strategic delivery of the area • Performed the technological consolidation, obtaining reduction of the cost of maintenance, in the range of 25%, besides standardizing knowledge. •Plan and execution of a technological evolution. This movement allowed a significant improvement in the transactional availability of the environment. • Expansion of the traditional business to the Mexican market, in a technological experimentation of the Cloud model integrated with our traditional transactional environment.
Responsible for planning and managing the IT and information security teams, with 4 direct and 45 indirect professionals, reporting to the Director of T.I., managing a regular budget of approximately R $ 20 million. • Actively participated in the consolidation of the company's ERP, of the 5 existing ones for a SAP implementation, on time and on budget; • Managed the development of a service web portal for relationship with all footwear suppliers, integrated online with our new ERP. • Coordinated and implemented the business continuity plan for the company, guaranteeing IT operations such as business areas, fortuitous cases, as well as information security standards. • Directly responsible for implementing the functional monthly technical reporting methodology for all the company's own stores (about 100) and also for the largest franchisees (about 300).
