Assessment of and feedback on final examinations for Voice & Speech IA, IIA & IIB, Acting IA, IIA & IIB, Children's Theatre Workshop, Production I, II & III and Independent Study.
Lead the Conversations for Greatness workshop in schools. The leads are highly skilled at facilitating a conversation; in this context it means they are proficient at listening, asking probing questions, making inquiries and “managing a space” with diverse personalities and perspectives. Therefore, both facilitation and coaching skills are required from leads. As a facilitator, the lead guides and helps people move through a process together, without being the person in charge who “knows everything.” The lead shares from their life, building trust so that others are willing to do the same; it is in this process that breakthroughs take place.
