During my dual studies at Deutsche Post AG, I passed through all operational departments as well as the HR & staff department and was able to gain initial experience in the company as well as in administration. During an internal stay abroad in Austria, I was able to plan logistics at the Vienna and Graz locations. After completing my studies, I switched to operations at Deutsche Post AG. As a resource planner, I analyzed quantities, conducted employee interviews & subsequently planned & changed the organization in the individual operating locations. Alongside my job, I started an MBA at Middlesex University London, which is offered on a part-time basis - with a focus on consulting. After one year of work experience, I was registered for a talent program to become a plant manager, in order to subsequently be able to take over as a substitute for the plant manager. Thus, as a substitute, I managed a company with over 400 employees. This included daily personnel and budget planning, discussions with employees and maintaining quality. In April I changed the branch and started as Lean Advisor. As the right hand of the branch manager, my focus is on process optimization, KAIZEN workshops, the application of LEAN tools and the introduction of a consistent culture of dialog. Since June, I have been supporting the up-and-coming logistics start-up HIVE as Warehouse Advisor in all matters relating to the planning and implementation of logistics processes. In July 2020, it was time for a culture change and I moved to Amazon as Area Manager. There I was responsible for the entire outbound process and lead a team of shift managers, supervisors and sorters as well as third party providers. After a country launch in Amsterdam and further launches in Nuremberg, I moved to the First Mile area as Operations Manager at the beginning of '22. There I managed a team of area managers, leads and up to 400 employees. Since August, I have been managing the Last Mile Operations in Europe for Amazon Business and implementing solutions for B2B deliveries.

• Implemented Lean Management Tools for continuous improvement at DHL in Nuremberg, Bavaria, Germany. • Conducted GEMBA Walks and facilitated KAIZEN Workshops to drive change management initiatives. • Built a structured Performance Dialogue framework as the right hand of senior leadership.
