Part of Video Syndication platform, joined after acquisition of Vidible assisting ex-5Min. to shift to java based application. Later on moving from GWT, migrating it to AngularJS, providing server side solution, and JS data layer for the transition. The migration involved mentoring and creating a healthy culture across a dozen of distributed teams across the world(Ukraine, Israel, UK, US), providing automated tools, leveraging a full CI/CD process based on Jenkins. Within a year and a half we ended up removing the legacy codebase without any user interruption, saving tremendous costs, increasing hiring capabilities, improving the product, and modernizing our stack.
