Executed over 70 high level energy projects with average savings of $3Million per annum over the last 5years and conducted several energy audits within the Industrial sector in Nigeria and has identified various energy management opportunities which has been implemented successfully. • Facilitated the reduction in utilization of Automotive Gas Oil - AGO (diesel) as primary source of electricity and steam generation; increased the utilization of Natural Gas and National Grid - PHCN (public utility) use for electricity generation and Low Pour Fuel Oil for steam generation. • Improved the Liter of Beverage/Kwhr of the company through the implementation of Energy conservation project and other influencing method (CHP installation for three sites, Air blower installations, Co2 vaporizers, Online flue gas analyzers, Condensate recovery system, Gas generator installation, Waste heat recovery boilers, Connection of plants to the National Grid).
• Effectively drove the implementation of Visual Performance Measurement at shop floor and management level. • Coordinated and deployed trainings for operators and management with focus on performance management, quick change over, kaizen, team maintenance and selected lean logistics solutions like 5S, material flow and pallet management. • Identified shop floor team skill gaps and implemented strategies to reduce performance losses promptly. • Built and reinforced relationships with maintenance, quality assurance, production planning, warehouse and logistics departments.
• Ensured adherence to the Food and Beverage Legislation, The Coca Cola Company (TCCC) standards, ISO certification, Good Manufacturing Practices and other internal and external regulatory compliance. • Maintained effective systems to ensure and meet the Coca Cola Hellenic/The Coca Cola Company products and package quality. • Ensured all line personnel meet the requirements of good housekeeping and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). • Prepared and interpreted production Key Business Indicator’s (KBI’s), made recommendations which result in increased productivity and efficiency; reduced cost and improved customer satisfaction while following production plans. • Achieved production targets by optimal use of labor and materials; ensured continuous and effective assets management. • Actively participated and ensured the implementation of Incident Management and Crisis Resolution (IMCR) management routines and procedures, process optimization projects relating to the line.
