Ensure that the network quality and customer experience meet the Company’s KPIs, Regulatory KPIs, customer experience and revenue objectives; Seek out new technologies and undertake optimization trials of new features & parameters and be responsible for best practice deployments; Monitor Cells, BSCs, RNC and Network level performance daily to ensure all radio KPIs meet set targets; Liaise with NOC engineers for timely resolution of 2G/3G degrading KPIs that impact on customer experience; Coordinate Quality of Service (QoS) Network benchmarking and cluster optimization activities, analyze drive test log files and recommend actions to resolve issues identified; Ensure optimization activities and programs are conducted ; Ensure all radio KPIs meet agreed on thresholds with tracking worst cells and ensuring effective & timely resolution.
Supervision of NPM Engineers to ensure daily task are met Drive Incident management, monitoring, tracking, ensuring service level and process compliance Manage customer relationships, reporting, and escalations Perform 3G optimization duties as a support function Liase with Senior management on HR issues regarding NPM engineers Negotiate/Discuss KPI signoff with Customer
KPI monitoring and Improvement (RRC/RAB setup, CS/PS Drops, SHO) Parameter Tuning for Throughput Improvement Feature Recommendation, Implementation and Tuning Capacity Planning (CE Expansion, DL power, Dl Code License, EUL/HS user License, Iub Expansions (NodeB & RNC)) 2nd Carrier Planning and implementation and new Site rollout SSV and KPI review for New Sites and 2nd Carrier additions BM drive Test analysis and review Customer Complaints investigation and resolution Cluster Tuning (Physical Optimization and Parameter Tuning) High Capacity network Tuning for special events
Daily monitoring of Ericsson 3G RAN KPIs and worst Cell Analysis (CS/PS Accessibility, CS/PS/HS Drops, SHO & IRAT HO, Throughput Analysis, Zero Traffic Cell Troubleshooting) Capacity Management - 3G RAN Customer Complaint Resolution DT Benchmarking analyses (Rscp,Ec/Io , CQI etc ) Weekly/Monthly KPI reporting Planning network coverage and capacity for special events Providing inputs for IUB expansions/ IUB quality troubleshooting
