During a short hiatus from the working norm I continued under my own steam sourcing a number of local and international clients including: Delta Global Source, Bott Carriers, East Midlands Helicopters, enCircle, Floors of Stone, JG Woodhouse & Sons, Parker Plant, Spike Training, StyleKat and Wunderpants.
Creatively lead the team for the 2012 Undergraduate and postgraduate campaigns. Responsible for a team of artworkers, overseeing the quality and output of the entire design team. This included presenting to the most senior levels of management; interviewing for further designer/artworker positions; 1-2-1 meetings; taking sole responsibility for the studio during the Studio Managers absence; organising of schedules; booking in jobs; meeting suppliers; writing of creative/photography briefs; photo shoot direction; producing brand guidelines for sub-brands; proofing – both on-press/dry proofs; and managing the entire DMU image library, including appropriate tagging and metadata input.
Worked across a broad range of disciplines and media. Completed entire rebrand for Romanian supermarket chain, Artima (later bought out by Carrefour) - including store redesign, both interior and exterior, uniform design, packaging, marketing materials and national advertising.
