Managing transition, transformation, automation, upskilling projects, and services. Managing resource stream in Project Management Office: - recruitment of new PMO team members (Project Managers & Project Coordinators) - ensure efficient and effective allocation of PMO staff to projects - manage and satisfy demand coming in from internal (Capgemini) teams, external clients and existing projects - facilitate the deployment of PMO resources onto projects by identifying appropriate candidates, submitting Cvs / BIOs to the requestor, putting candidates and requestor in touch to discuss the role, keeping requestor, candidates and other stakeholders updated on status - maintenance of PMO portfolio to reflect all open / closed / declined projects, as well as opportunities under negotiation - maintenance of resources forecast - become familiar with the resources within the team, understand their career aspirations and development needs, balance their development needs with the needs of the business - global function for PMO branches in Poland, USA, China, Brazil
