I currently work as a yoga teacher in Sheffield as well as a Customer Engagement Expert for on online tutoring company. I am a highly energetic, hard-working and focused graduate of Sheffield Hallam University with a first-class honours degree in Sport and Exercise Science. Experience of working in a highly pressured environment, both training and performing as an athlete alongside education, as well as volunteering for the Commonwealth Games in 2022. I am excited to progress my career by continuing to push myself and build up my skillset. I also want to keep building my yoga business, not only to share the many facets of yoga with the general public, but to also use it to help athletes improve their performance as well as calm their minds.
Working independently and as part of a team, I proactively solve issues and handle customer contact on our platform. Using exceptional customer service and communication skills, I effectively guide users throughout their learning journey on the platform and as a member of the team, I am responsible for reporting technical issues and safeguarding concerns, as well as make recommendations on operational improvements. I am currently working on a project to improve efficiency within the team and completing our tasks as well as assisting the company with content creation.

I worked on the cafe floor, taking orders and payments, preparing pastries and desserts. I ensured exceptional service and experiences were provided for customers and maintained cleanliness and high quality service of the cafe as well as replenishing replenishing stock.
Setting up high-quality Point of Sale displays in retail stores within a specified time. Stock checking and informing the team that everything is well-stocked and presented well. Using a tablet, I followed guidelines from remote briefs and uploaded photos of appropriate displays of interest within different stores.
