Euston OSD - Led a £350 million public sector Business Case for investment in enabling works for a site in Zone 1 London - I was the Interface Manager for 18 1/3 acres of Zone 1 land in London. My focus was on maximising the development opportunity for my Client, managing cost-effective design changes to increase the quantum of developable land. Google HQ - Rail interface management on the new £1bn Google headquarters situated in Kings Cross. - Health and Safety - secured Regional sponsorship for investment in technology to reduce risks during design, improving the health and safety of the operatives on site, and the communities we operate in.
