- Developing, implementing and supervising HR policies and procedures - Establish and ensuring the effective functioning of the Authority's records management arrangements, organising cross function administrative support, providing required administrative functions, identifying the needs of colleagues and technology opportunities - Managing contracts for service with third party specialist providers training - Development and performance management across all functions to achieve the Authority's personal and collective goals and objectives targeting at an ongoing improvement of the governance
- Provide leadership by directing the HR function for shore based staff - Ensure that HR policies and procedures are designed to serve the business and implemented thoroughly - Support business growth plans through the effective implementation of recruitment and employment procedures - Effective HR reporting and analytics to connect HR data to the business and reinforce well-informed strategic decision-making - Put together and manage Training Matrix for shore based employees - Various ad hoc HR project management
• Provide leadership and functional HR generalist support for 400 union and non-union employees in the four facilities in Cyprus. • Participate with top management as management representative in the collective bargaining process. Function as expert in labour relations and employee relations in an 85% union density environment. • Provide consultation to management on all disciplinary and conflict resolution issues within the company. Manage all redundancy situations including calculations, financial guidance and communications to affected employees. • Design and implementation HR policies and procedures to enhance organizational performance • Conduct Job Evaluation by using the Hay methodology to map job roles to organizational structure; thus create useful and focused job descriptions for more than 100 unique job roles in winery, brewery, water bottling and juice making facilities
