Subsurface Lead: responsible for managing the subsurface team and for ensuring consistency and integration of subsurface work across all projects and base activities: - Projects include infill drilling, compression and well intervention campaigns. - Base activities include business planning, reserves, WRFM, production forecasting, support of gas sales, process safety, technical assurance, and government and JV engagements/reporting. - Supervised team of 5-6 subsurface staff. - Deputy Asset Development Lead. Lead Petrophysicist for New Zealand: responsible for functional improvement, staff development, reporting to global leadership and support of global discipline initiatives. - Coaching of (graduate) staff. - Technical Assurer for petrophysics.
- Asset Petrophysicist; delivered full-field petrophysical evaluation update as input for integrated reservoir model update; supported field development projects (infill drilling, compression, well intervention campaigns); planned and executed surveillance activities. - Petrophysicist for NZ exploration; responsible for well delivery, LWD/wireline logging planning, acquisition and evaluation for near-field exploration wells; supported basin/prospect studies. - Delivered geomechanical studies (compaction/subsidence, top seal integrity, sand failure).
