• Led and executed assortment reviews for multiple electrical and plumbing categories totaling $1B in sales • Revamped a complex seasonal business by creating a new line structure based on customer value insights, building a go-to-market strategy for a newly launched category, creating new private label products to fill assortment gaps, and refreshed POP signage. Resulted in 16% sales lift • Developed best practice methodology for determining which SKUs should be stocked in our omnichannel network, based on competitive lead times, customer needs, and distribution / warehousing cost. • Created dynamic model to determine highest ROI assortment for distribution center network, while optimizing lead times for Pro customers. Worked with Lighting and Electrical Merchants to onboard most valuable 6,000 SKUs (4% of portfolio) • Built a financial model to quantify the $70M sales lift and associated margin impact from assortment recommendations • Developed a process for Merchants to identify and offboard 14% of existing unproductive SKUs across Lighting & Electrical departments to avoid costly inventory buildup • Identified $20M (+18%) opportunity to reduce lead times on best-selling Barn Doors & Accessories from 1 month to 1-2 days, increasing competitiveness vs Amazon
