Service the foreign enterprises, state-owned enterprises and private enterprises, recruiting candidates: Machinery manufacturing,FMCG & Pharmaceutical. And I also executed some operation positions in IT industry (online retails) in the last year. Fully understand clients’ requirements, and conduct a comprehensive analysis of the Job Description. Searching the candidates with various channels (various online platforms, cold call, recommendations by others, etc,), interview the candidates about their technology, communication skill, management ability, English level… and know the candidate’s career plan to judge their stability, and then refer the capable candidate to HR. Introduce the highlights of the position and company to the candidates, dig the candidates’ interests and attract them more effectively. Train the candidates before they interview with the clients, point out what they need to improve. Push the clients to interview the candidates as soon as possible, and adjust search direction in time according to the feedback. Provide valuable suggestions or opinions to clients about searching direction, market information. Suggest clients to change their requirements or salary when we encounter bottleneck. Mostly be involved in offer negotiation and entire offer procedure, including reference check and following up the candidate to feedback their thoughts and problems to HR timely, ensure a good relationship with the clients and the employees. Visit the clients with team leader. Complete other KPI indicators in company.
