Key Responsibilities: • Provide support in staff engagement activities such as D&D, staff wellness sessions, etc. • Coordinate employee events and activities • Support end-to-end recruitment process that includes job posting, resume screening, scheduling interview, and conducting reference check. • Support on-boarding activities. • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed • Provide general administrative support to the HR team • Undertake HR projects, including automation initiatives, to streamline work processes. • Explore teaming up with institutions to bring in fresh talent through internships
