I have managed an extensive portfolio of banking and conveyancing transactions, including but not limited to facilitating and managing a variety of subsale transactions by acting for individual and corporate clients, facilitating the disbursement of commercial loans, retail loans and supporting corporate loan release. Besides, I also facilitate and oversee general conveyancing matters i.e. drafting of tenancies agreement, perfection and discharge matters. These experiences have equipped me with a deep and thorough knowledge of both the banking processes and real estate transactions. I am always committed to continuously expanding my legal knowledge, especially in the area of corporate banking which is an area that I am particularly eager to learn more about, while deepening my expertise in conveyancing matters. I have always believe in the phrase "attitude determines altitude".
