Responsible for providing directing/assistance to customers re cable and telephone service. Duties included answering/delivering/screening telephone calls and messages and helping customers with their cable and telephone issues. Also handled payments for services and products/scheduled appointments for cable/telephone tech. when necessary. Maintained acounts/answered billing questions. Daily customer interface.
Responsible for instruction in all basic classes. Daily children/faculty, parent interface.
