Passionate about working with adults, young people and children to support good mental health and well-being. Special interest in the effects of adverse childhood experience and the valuable role emotionally available adults can play. Safeguarding trained and trauma informed practitioner. Wide base of clients including young people still in education, victims of domestic abuse, trauma survivors and those experiencing loss and grief. My history of working within publishing, marketing and higher education has fostered a versatile and creative approach to everything I do. This particularly helps when working with children and young people!
