• Processed and supervised the confirmation of all Fixed Income and Equity transactions into proprietary systems between the client hedge fund and multiple international investment banks • Worked to confirm trades of various products including: Corporate Bonds, Mortgage backed Securities, US Treasury Bonds, Bond Options And Equities • Liaised between funds, counterparties and the clearing bank to ensure proper settlement of transactions and to resolve any fail or issue that may arise • Resolved issues that arose when the NAV team was performing their daily and monthly reconciliations • Created Macros using VBA code to automate the creation of price files, email sending, report creation, file importing and reconciliations for Foreign Exchange Options, Fixed Income Cash, Fixed Income Repo and Swaps
