Worked to build out a sales framework for specific regions internationally, then partnering with VP's, Division Managers, and Relationship Managers to implement the Global Sales Excellence framework in countries around the world in order to generate revenue through a direct sales model. Additionally, worked with sales force to create requested sales enablement tools.
Worked as a sales mentor to the Heartland sales force, responsible for helping new hires to learn and master our sales methodologies, technologies, and products. I also acted as an ongoing resource for our sales force, with a continued investment in the long term success of our sales professionals through targeted sales enablement efforts.
