    Bart De Pooter Group is a leading player in the Food and Hospitality sector, and includes top gastronomic venue Pastorale**, a 2* Michelin restaurant and Postuur, a novel lunch concept restaurant in PostX, catering for top events such as Tomorrowland as well as F&B / Hospitality Consulting Services and Food Production & Distribution. In my position as Chief Operating Officer , on a consultancy basis, I also carried full CMO and Chief of Staff responsibilities. I worked with the founder and CEO Bart De Pooter and the team on Corporate Operations, Strategic Growth & Development, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Communication, Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion and Corporate Social Responsibility. From Aug to Nov, my main project was the start-up of the chef’s Food Market at Gare Maritime in Brussels where Bart De Pooter has 4 restaurant outlets. During this time we also prepared for the launch of 2 new restaurants helmed by Bart at a new 5* hotel in Antwerp. I advised on the concepts , brand and even menu’s. From November onwards we started working on an ambitious , innovative & ecologically responsible farm-to-table concept with Tomorrowland with a sustainable-living eco-tourism park. www.bartdepooter.be
