Coordinate all travel arrangements relative to Crew Change. Liaise with Travel Agent for Ticket bookings. Disseminates all air tickets to crews in timely fashion. Book Hotel accommodations and responsible for communicating travel details to crew members. Work with agents in location where the rig is operating in order to obtain visa to work offshore. Monitors travel expenses ensuring within norms / budget. Collaborate with Finance Department to verify invoices of travels arranged and submit the supporting documents for payment processing. Handles expatriate and local crew change issues as needed, including being on call when any crew requires assistance while traveling between rig and home. Liaise with offshore crew to initiate the execution of the training plan and requests. With the assistance of HSE Advisors, coordinate with Rig Superintendents, Rig Managers, Training Supervisor and HR / Admin Director as required for approval on the training requests. Research and propose training providers that can conduct specific training request as and when required. Assist in the identification and approval of local training providers. Liaise with the Training Department in Singapore for advice and support on all training and development issues. Process training administration requests for offshore employees based on the rigs assigned and international onshore employees. Report cost of past and current training requirements to Training Department, Rig Manager / Financial Controller for purpose of budget and accounting accruals when required. Monitor and update all planned and booked external trainings. Notify, follow up and ensure employees and their supervisors complete
