- Manage product creation process steps - Assist Head of Product Operations in building, maintaining, and troubleshooting the cross-divisional product creation timeline - Persistently and proactively remiind the Footwear Product team of upcoming calendar milestones, product creation timeline - continously improve the workflow of the entire product team (PLM, Design, Development/Testing, and ATTAC) focusing on Footwear. - actively seek to align or standardize processes and milestones (e.g. design reviews, sampling, prelining, systems maintenacne, etc.) between all product divisions - liaise with other departments (e.g. Sourcing, merchandising, Sales, Board) as necessary regarding product creation process milestones. Build the relationships neede to push calendar efforts forward - Interface between Product Operations and other process-driven functions - oversee sample orders for meetings and catalogue creation - continuously looking for ways to help teams leverage PUMA's tools to their fullest extent
