As the Head of Operations and Quality at Akidemy, my leadership has been pivotal in scaling the organisation from a single day care to six day cares in and around Zürich, marking a significant chapter in our growth story. Our team's expansion from 10 to 100 members is a testament to the collaborative effort in fostering a nurturing environment for children and a positive work environment. With a keen eye for operational excellence, I specialise in strategic planning and direction, ensuring Akidemy thrives in offering qualitative child development and building a strong and collaborative environment for both clients and staff. My role encompasses enhancing client and staff satisfaction alongside achieving cost efficiency and maximising occupancy in the day cares, elements critical to our success in the dynamic landscape of bilingual early education.
Responsible for the strategic planning and direction and growth of the company together with the Management Team. Succesfull in setting up and expanding Akidemy, an innovative and child- development focussed day care organisation. Growth achieved from 1 to 6 day cares in 3 years, while achieving better client satisfaction results and improved employee satifisfaction results each year. In 4 years grown from 1 to 6 locations in and around Zürich with a growth of the team from 10 to 100 employees with a massive growth/ occupancy in turn over and cost efficiency.

• Provide information and advice to people with disabilities, such as guiding clients to receive the right care and applying for client needed facilities • Work together with key stakeholders, such as schools, social work organizations, guardian-organizations • Promote awareness of MEE Amstel en Zaan (e.g, giving presentations) and reach out to current and new target groups for the organization • Provide training in self-defense and resilience, social skills and how to cope with money • Project lead : social activation projects
